Fieldwork Safety Guidelines and Plan
The Fieldwork Safety Committee (FSC), appointed by the Executive Vice President and Provost and
a sub-committee of the Senior Safety Oversight Committee, has prepared
Fieldwork Safety Guidelines
and a Fieldwork Safety Plan
to assist Texas A&M University faculty, staff, and students in assessing and controlling risk associated
with fieldwork. These guidelines are also intended to assist colleges and departments in ensuring they
have procedures in place for the Health and Safety of personnel involved in fieldwork.
