Food Safety

This section provides information on the Food Safety program, which ensures that the food provided at temporary events on the Texas A&M campus is safe for consumption by the public. The Environmental Health & Safety Department (EHSD), along with the Brazos County Health Department (BCHD), is responsible for conducting food safety inspections of the permitted temporary food vendors on campus and approving distribution of food on campus by staff, students, or vendors. For more information or to report a safety concern regarding temporary food service at Texas A&M, please call (979) 845-2132.
